Avignon and Provence with a driver: build a realistic multi-stop day

Choose the anchor visit

Start with the reserved monument, meeting or lunch. Fit other stops around it. Central Avignon and a pickup at an outlying station create different days, so share the actual starting point rather than adding distant villages by default.

Allow for walking sections

Historic centers may require drop-off away from an entrance. Check walking distances, gradients and breaks. A driver cannot override access rules. Ask both the venue and transport team about accessibility needs before booking.

Specify waiting and the return

Agree the duration, stops and waiting for a multi-stop day. State where the return ends. Visits, meals and tickets remain separate unless explicitly included. Changing a visit does not automatically reschedule the transport; keep each provider informed.
