Changing a booked chauffeur journey: what to communicate

A flight, address or passenger change is easier to review when clearly described. Request a change without assuming it has already been accepted.

Identify the affected booking

Reference the booking or provide date, address and contact. Separate changed details from unchanged ones. Do not send a replacement itinerary without saying it replaces the previous version. Use the communication channel stated in your confirmation when available.

Ask about the impact before deciding

A new time may affect vehicle availability, duration or other stops. An extra passenger can change space requirements. Ask for the operational and price implications before treating the change as confirmed. Your booking conditions remain the reference; this guide does not promise free amendments.

Keep an updated confirmation

After the team agrees, check the revised times, addresses and contact. Update travelers and accommodation, and remove outdated instructions from shared documents. For cancellation, ask which terms apply to your booking rather than assuming a universal deadline or fee.
