Check the exact venue and first commitment. A hotel meeting and an event at the Palais des Festivals may have different access requirements. Ask the organizer about badge collection and entry procedures, rather than requesting a generic drop-off “at the conference.”
From Nice airport, provide flight and terminal details, passengers and luggage. Avoid scheduling an immediate meeting after planned landing. Road and venue access conditions vary, particularly around events. Request planning based on those constraints, not a fixed driving-time promise.
Include dinner and return locations if the day continues into the evening. Colleagues may need separate departures. Clarify whether the quote covers distinct transfers or retained service for an agreed duration. Event admission and unlimited waiting are not automatic inclusions.
Chauffeur Parisien draws on 16 years of expertise to arrange transfers, hourly service and journeys throughout France. E-Class, S-Class, V-Class and Sprinter: your quote specifies the category and arrangements for your group and needs.
Check official information for opening times, tickets and visiting conditions.
Access, times, tickets and additional services must be checked with the relevant organizers or venues. They are not included in transport by default.
