Specify addresses, not just cities

Give exact pickup and drop-off addresses and useful timings. A hotel transfer and a multi-address event require different planning. Any stop in Honfleur or Trouville should be requested explicitly, not assumed to be included in a city-to-city transfer.

Compare separate transfers with retained service

For several nights away, separate outbound and return transfers may fit. For a full day of appointments, request retained time and waiting terms. Compare the written scope and ask what happens if the last appointment overruns or the return address changes.

Coordinate event departures

Wedding or conference guests may leave at different times. List each group, address and preferred departure. Hotel rotations require a specific vehicle and itinerary agreement. These are quote requests, not a published regular shuttle timetable.
