Choose an S-Class around the actual appointment: travelers, luggage, access and return arrangements, rather than the model name alone.

Explain who is traveling, the meeting address and the required arrival time. A headquarters, industrial site and office circuit have different access needs. Ask for the S-Class category to be confirmed in the quote. A photograph does not guarantee a specific year, model variant or equipment.
Share the information needed for the journey rather than confidential meeting documents. Entrance, host and appointment reference are often enough. Raise any specific confidentiality requirement before confirmation. A premium vehicle alone is not a document-security arrangement.
Decide whether the service ends at drop-off or continues for an agreed period. Ask about waiting and extensions if the meeting may overrun. Separate return journeys should be listed individually so the quote reflects the actual plan rather than an assumption of unlimited availability.
Chauffeur Parisien draws on 16 years of expertise to arrange transfers, hourly service and journeys throughout France. E-Class, S-Class, V-Class and Sprinter: your quote specifies the category and arrangements for your group and needs.
