When guests stay at several addresses, a group-by-group plan is more useful than a general promise of transport for everyone.

Group guests by hotel and actual transport needs. Use one coordinator rather than several parallel driver conversations. A headcount and group contact can be enough; avoid widely sharing everyone’s personal details. Update changes before the itinerary is confirmed.
Guests may leave after different stages of the celebration. Identify return groups and pickup points. Hotel rotations need a vehicle and duration plan; they are not automatically a fixed-frequency shuttle. Agree how an overrun would be handled.
Include children, strollers and luggage. Choose a V-Class or Sprinter using confirmed capacity for the required configuration, not a universal assumed number. Separate the couple’s vehicle from guest transport so the quote clearly identifies each service.
Chauffeur Parisien draws on 16 years of expertise to arrange transfers, hourly service and journeys throughout France. E-Class, S-Class, V-Class and Sprinter: your quote specifies the category and arrangements for your group and needs.
Check official information for opening times, tickets and visiting conditions.
Access, times, tickets and additional services must be checked with the relevant organizers or venues. They are not included in transport by default.
