Check the station access information and agree a specific meeting point. An old photograph may not reflect current walking routes. Explain if your party needs time to regroup or collect equipment. Instructions should be clear to the traveler, not just the person making the booking.
Share street, number and postcode, since hotel names can be similar. Ask whether a vehicle can reach the main entrance. If your room is not ready, check the hotel’s luggage arrangements. Storage after the transfer should never be assumed to be part of the chauffeur service.
Include all travelers and describe large luggage or strollers. A person arriving separately may need a separate pickup; mention this before requesting the quote. The proposal should match the actual journey, with a return considered separately if required.
