Decide which visit matters most. Check tickets, admission slots and opening periods separately with each venue. Combining them only helps if both receive enough time. If one becomes rushed, two separate days may better fit the experience you want.
Driving time excludes entry procedures and walking inside the sites. Allow for a break and the group’s mobility. Children or travelers preferring less walking may benefit from a shorter day. Map distance cannot remove those on-site requirements.
Ask the team to consider a combined itinerary and a single-destination alternative. Share reserved visits and desired departure and return. Transport duration and waiting should be specified; tickets and guiding are not assumed inclusions. Choose the more enjoyable plan, not merely the busiest one.
