Share both flight numbers and local dates. Landing is not the time you leave the terminal: baggage collection and border procedures may still follow. For the onward flight, check the airline’s required arrival deadline. A road transfer must fit between these constraints; a short connection cannot be guaranteed.
Confirm the arrival terminal, luggage and a contact reachable after landing. Update any terminal change and agree the meeting point. Ask how waiting and schedule changes are handled. Your flights and chauffeur transfer remain separate services with separate conditions.
Provide passenger numbers, suitcases and any child equipment required. Our team can review the journey and quote the agreed pickup conditions. If the connection is tight, ask the airline about missed-flight options as well. A private vehicle does not remove check-in requirements.
